The General Office of the Shandong Provincial Government recently issued "Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Intelligent Agriculture in the Province", and proposed that by 2022, the development goal of Intelligent Agriculture with data interconnection, industrial integration and efficient and convenient services should be realized, so as to ensure that our province continues to be at the forefront of the country in the process of agricultural modernization.
 


 
Focusing on the development of the whole industrial chain of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fisheries, taking industrial development as the foundation, data application as the command and experimental demonstration as the support, the Opinion defines the development goal of Shandong's smart agriculture: by 2022, to achieve the development goal of data interconnection, industrial integration and efficient and convenient services for smart agriculture. Quickly covers the construction of large data application projects for smart agriculture covering agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery; construct three smart agriculture pilot zones in Jinan, Qingdao and Weifang; relying on the ecologically beautiful rural tourism resources and the advantages of agricultural products, develop smart agricultural towns with characteristics, agricultural product quality safety and e-commerce express delivery services for agricultural products. Villages construction; relying on the regional wholesale markets of agricultural products, relying on Weifang, Linyi, Jining and Dezhou, four regional modern agricultural wisdom logistics bases will be built, and 100 agricultural wisdom wholesale markets will be built throughout the province; five characteristic industries will be built, including special grain and economy, horticultural products, livestock products, aquatic products and special forest products. Four hundred intelligent agricultural application bases are based on it, and more than 70,000 beneficial agricultural information societies are built in the province to ensure that villagers can enjoy public welfare services, convenient services, postal express, e-commerce and training experience services without leaving the village.
 
Our province will speed up the development of smart agriculture through six major projects: big data application project of smart agriculture, smart agriculture application project, smart marketing project, smart logistics project of agricultural products, information entering into villages and households project, and smart talent cultivation project.
 
In the construction of large data application project for smart agriculture, the "one map" service of smart agricultural information resources in the whole province will be formed, and the smart application of large data for agriculture in precision production, quality supervision, situational awareness, comprehensive analysis, early warning and prediction, assistant decision-making and other fields will be promoted, so as to build the "smart agricultural brain" of the whole province.
 
In the construction of smart agricultural application projects, we will strengthen the construction of smart agricultural machinery, smart animal husbandry, smart irrigation and other specific projects. By 2022, 50 intellectualized ranches will be built, 30 pig digital joint breeding enterprises and 30 core breeding populations will be built. We will build efficient water-saving projects from water sources, water conveyance, water distribution to irrigation, and realize automatic and digital management of irrigation water. By 2022, every county (city, district) will strive to build 2-3 demonstration zones for efficient water-saving agriculture and 1 demonstration site for water and fertilizer integration.
 
In the construction of smart marketing project, we will rely on Shandong Brand Agricultural Products Integrated Service Platform, actively guide the new agricultural operators to connect with the platform, promote the marketing of brand agricultural products in our province, and speed up the ascent of agricultural products. By 2022, Shandong Brand Agricultural Products Integrated Service Platform will be built into a well-known platform for domestic brand agricultural products marketing, supporting all kinds of agricultural products marketing organizations to set up 100 under-line experience stores and 1000 direct sales offices in the first and second-tier cities of the country.
 
In addition, in the construction of agricultural products intelligent logistics project, warehousing enterprises will be encouraged to build intelligent three-dimensional warehouses, add new information-based intelligent equipment and software systems, and improve cold chain storage facilities; in the construction of information into the village into the household, provincial information into the village into the household integrated service system will be developed and constructed to carry out data sharing of agricultural information society. Enjoy the application; In the construction of intelligent talents training project, we will use training resources such as new vocational farmers training, e-commerce training of agricultural products, mobile phone application skills training of farmers, and increase the training of intelligent agricultural skills for new professional farmers, rural informants and grass-roots agricultural technicians, with no less than 100,000 trainings per year.
