2. The user inserts the pre-purchased IC card into the table according to the arrow direction on the card (metal contact facing left). The display first displays F1 and then shows the current purchased power. Then the display stably displays F2. Then the display displays the sum of the original residual power plus the new purchased power as the current residual power. At this time, the IC card can be removed and the display is extinguished. (For example, when the remaining electricity in the meter is lower than the alarm power, the display is always bright. When the sum of the original remaining electricity in the meter and the electricity in the purchasing card is greater than 9999 kWh, the electricity in the card is not input into the meter and is still stored in the card. )
When the user uses electricity, the pulse indicator will flash.
4. The prepaid ammeter automatically calculates the decreasing amount of electricity purchased during its normal use. When the residual power in the meter is less than 20 degrees, the display shows the current residual power to remind users to buy electricity. When the remaining power is equal to 10 degrees, the power outage reminds the user to buy power once, and then the user needs to insert IC card into the watt-hour meter to restore power supply once. When the remaining electricity is zero, the power supply is stopped.
5. One meter and one card. Users can only insert their own meters and input one effective amount of electricity after each new purchase.
The display of prepaid meter is usually not bright. If the user needs to check the remaining power, the IC card can be inserted into the meter, then the purchase power of F1 shows zero, the remaining power of F2, and the unpacking display is extinguished.
Each time the user inserts the IC card into the prepaid meter, the meter writes back the user's electricity consumption on the IC card. When the user purchases electricity next time, the sales management system reads the data summary of the IC card and checks whether the user uses electricity legally. Electricity inspectors can also use inspection cards to check users'electricity consumption.
8. The power supply management department sets the maximum load of users according to the actual situation. When the actual power load exceeds the set value, the power supply is stopped, and the meter display shows "E2" to remind the user to reduce the power load, and the user needs to insert the IC card into the meter to restore the power supply.
